Reflection…The Many Differences

Reflection .
While I can sit here and write about what I could or should have done in my past relationship, I don’t think there was anything I did wrong. He even said I was the perfect girlfriend. Maybe I should have sat back and let his mother continue to disrespect me or maybe I should have held back on how I really felt?!? I’m not really sure.
I’m going to leave it up to readers (men *hint*) to give me advice on this reflection. So fellas (and ladies), what’s a girl to do when you’re the “perfect girl” and you still get dumped?

You cant pretend to be someone you obviously aren’t. If you just sit there and let someone walk all over you, you might probably errupt at some point and do or say things you’ll regret later. Or that person may wear you down and change you into a “weakling” for the rest of your life. Better to just remain as you are and let it go. After all, there is someone out there who will see you for the perfect girlfriend you are 
I doubt his mother would have eased up once you showed her that you were submissive. She’d probably have taken it as a cue to run your life for good. And we dont want that, now do we?
